Sculptures of bronze are one of the best sculptures of Aleksey Chetverikov. Bronze of this master sometimes can be quite and pacific, but sometimes it can be fast and sudden. The sculpture Borzois is an example of speed reflected in bronze.

    Chetverikov displayed the moment of hunt in this composition. He placed five heroes at this sculpture: three dogs and two horses with hunters. Borzois aspire forward and every little trifle reflects their speed. One hunter at his horse stopped and trumped. At that time the other hunter rushes ahead. Looking at this sculpture you can imagine, that next moment all persons run off. The master could express the speed in this sculpture due to detailed work with every piece.
